Its main partner Nagui Sabet, founded the company in 1977 in the city of Medellin-Colombia. Nagui Sabet is an architect graduated from the University Degli Studi Di Roma Facolta Di Archittectura. Rome – Italy, obtaining the title of Doctor of Architecture in June 1976, updating his studies at Harvard University, Graduate School of Design. Boston USA, Continuing Education in 1983.
With experience in more than 100 projects in multifamily, single-family homes, office buildings, factories, commercial premises, interior designs and urban development in the cities of Medellin, Cali and Bogotá mainly.
Calima Shopping Center in the city of Bogotá, is the flagship project with an area of approximately 270,000 m². Considered one of the most significant projects in Latin America for its avant-garde and contemporary architecture winner of the gold award for sustainability IN THE PRIZES TO SHOPPING CENTERS 2013 in the city of Santiago de Chile.
